MS Compliance Audit — Privacy Notice
Scope
This notice covers the Android application "MS Compliance Audit" and the website mscompliance-website.pages.dev which presents the same calculators in a browser. Both are operated by MSCOMPLIANCE LTD, a private limited company registered in the United Kingdom.
What the app does
MS Compliance Audit is an offline calculator pack for small water-utility operations teams. It includes a tank volume calculator, a chlorination dose calculator, a sampling log, a compliance checklist and a unit converter pack. All calculations are performed on the device.
Data processed on the device
The following inputs are entered by the operator and kept on the device only:
- Container dimensions and labels for saved tank entries.
- Volume, target residual and product strength values for saved dosing presets.
- Sample point names, pH, turbidity, free chlorine, temperature and free-text notes for sampling log entries.
- Tick state of the daily, weekly and monthly compliance checklist.
Saved entries persist in the application's private storage on the device. They are not uploaded.
Data sent off the device
None. The app does not transmit operator inputs, calculation results, saved entries, identifiers or usage analytics to MSCOMPLIANCE LTD or to any other party. There is no account system. There is no cloud sync.
Network and permissions
The Android package requests the standard INTERNET permission. The permission is exercised only to open external links chosen by the operator: the privacy notice page above and the developer email link from the in-app settings screen. No other network traffic is initiated by the app.
The bundled libraries are Google Play Services (the standard Android runtime base layer for system integration) and Google Fonts as a local font bundle (typography assets shipped inside the application package). Neither contacts a server at runtime.
Children
MS Compliance Audit is built for professional water-utility operators in a workplace context. It is not designed for or directed at children.
Third-party services
No advertising networks, no attribution providers, no analytics services and no crash reporting services are present in the application package.
Operator control
Saved entries can be removed individually from each tool's list. Uninstalling the application removes all data that the application stored locally.
